Get real time updates across all of the business operations within your business. Add permissions to your team so different departments will only get access to information relative to them.
Download monthly reports that outline the performance of your operations. These reports are set by date and can be broken down by business location, cluster of sites or by region.
It is imperative that data is submitted on a daily/weekly basis to ensure the management team at head office are up to speed. The console monitors data submissions from managers/formen and can notify the administration staff if data has not been submitted according to operational procedures.

The Ovavue Register Module has a proprietary offline facial recognition module that is used to 'Sign In' and 'Sign Out' employees from the different company sites. This featuer 'Time Fences' and 'Geo-Fences' your sites, ensuring employees are where they say they are when they are supposed to be there.
The register function gives farm managers the ability to allocate tasks to their workforce and record their completion amount. These tasks are created and managed by the admin staff and can be remotely updated. These completion amounts are directly connected to monthly payroll, project execution and inventory usage.
The Ovavue Register Module has a proprietary Ghost Worker identification algorithm that scours the Ovavue database for details that appear to be suspicious. If an employee is determined to be suspicious, they are allocated a ‘Ghost Worker’ marker and the Administration team are notified via the Ovavue Console.
